Terri Smith has been a full-time real estate professional since 1991 , dedicating her career to the community she calls home. Living, working. and volunteering throughout Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, Terri has spent more than three decades helping families relocate into this community — guiding them through One Of Life's biggest transitions with care. patience, and local expertise.

That care shows in her results: an impressive of Terri's business comes from repeat clients and referrals from past clients and fellow REALTOR® alike. While Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows remain her home Terri has also helped clients settle throughout the Lower Mainland. including Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, and Mission.

Continuing education has always been a priority for Terri, who regularly upgrades her skills through courses and professional designations. She holds her SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and MCN® (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) designations, and is a lifetime member of the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) medallion club status - a distinction reflecting her continued placement among the top of GVR Board members.

For Terri. the relationship doesn't end at closing. Throughout the year. she hosts client events to Stay connected with the families she's helped — because to Terri, her clients become like family.

Giving back is part of who Terri is, both in her community and within her industry. She spent 20 years on the Professional Conduct Committee, five of them as chair, and has completed governance training through the GVR, Today, she serves on the Community Relief Fund (CRF) Committee. helping identify where support is needed most and assisting people with housing needs throughout the year.

Terri,  along with the support or her family and friends, has also helped raise Over $40,000 for Ride Don't Hide. supporting mental health initiatives in the community. Over the years she has partaken on a few local Boards, Volunteering for Pitt Meadows Day and various other community and school events throughout the years.

Outside of real estate. Terri's world centre's on family. She has been married to her husband, Greg, for Over 45 years, and together they raised three children in this community. Now proud grandparents. Terri and Greg love supporting their grandchildren, in all their pursuits and activities— from baseball, golf, and cheer to Scottish dancing. Staying active a family affair: Terri and Greg enjoy golf, baseball, and hockey (that one's Greg's), and can often be found chauffeuring their grandkids to their next event.

Whether she's helping a family find their next home or cheering from the sidelines at a grandchild's game, Terri brings the same warmth, dedication, and community spirit to everything she does
