I have been a full-time licensed REALTOR® since January of 1991. I am a past Director and Treasurer of our local Real Estate Division and Vice Chair of The Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Division. I was also recently appointed by The Board of Directors to Chair The “Professional Conduct Committee” at The Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board and it is my 15th year on this panel. I have qualified as a member of the “Elite” Master Medallion Club for fifteen years and have recently become a Diamond Master Medallion Member. This membership only takes the top 7% to 10% of over 15,000 REALTORS® of The Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. I have also achieved 100% Club Status with RE/MAX since 1991. I hold the designation of R.R.S (Registered Relocation Specialist), A.B.R. (Accredited Buyer Representative) , C.N.E. (Certified Negotiation Expert), and am presently working on my Masters in Negotiations. I am extremely passionate about my business and the quality of service I can provide to my clients.
Some personal information about myself is as follows; I am married to Greg, have three adult children, Dalyn, Brent (Chantelle), and Kristi (Richard) and am a proud grandma to Jayden and Riley. I have been a resident of Pitt Meadows since 1986. My family has been involved in hockey, boating, horses, tennis, dog 4H club and gymnastics. In my personal spare time I enjoy playing slo-pitch, golf (or as I call it – I enjoy walking acreage and holding a club), and walking on our dykes, with my Portuguese water dog “Fenway”. (Yes, I’m a proud Red Sox fan too!)
I believe it is important to give back to my community and I like to participate or assist in various events, such as chairing a committee for our Ridge Meadows Summer Games or being a committee member for Pitt Meadows Day, or a term as Pitt Meadows Commissioner for Parks and Recreation. I have also enjoyed being a Director for the Asante Centre, which is dedicated to diagnosis, education and support of those affected by F.A.S.D. (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder). I also enjoyed volunteering at our 2010 Olympics and participating in that once in a lifetime event! I am presently giving back to my Community by being a Mentor in our local Youth Diversion Program and am a Director for The Pitt Meadows Day Society and organizing this year’s famous Salmon and Chicken BBQ.
With our ever changing Real Estate, legal and technological Industry I am consistently upgrading my education in order to stay “Ahead of the Crowd!” Therefore able to be creative and cutting edge with my marketing and negotiation skills.
